New Chairman – Dean Cline

My name is Dean Cline, the new Chairman on Hands & Feet Project’s Board of Directors. I would like to introduce myself and thank you personally for answering the call that Jesus has placed on all of us to care for the least of these.

I have been involved with Hands & Feet Project since 2010, and it has become a source of tremendous blessing for me and my family during the last 11 years.  I have been a Board member since 2018 and most recently served as the Treasurer for the Board. I am humbled that my peers on the Board would choose me to serve as Chairman, and I pray that I will serve well in this capacity.

Through the generosity of many, Hands & Feet Project has not only survived, but flourished during a very challenging year that saw Haiti endure a hurricane, earthquake, COVID-19, presidential assassination, and a large number of kidnappings. I have been able to witness the resiliency of the Haitian people and staff through recent trips to this beautiful country.  The staff and children of Hands & Feet Project have continued to be salt and light in a country that desperately needs it.

The major accomplishments of Hands & Feet Project this year include:

  • Supported 152 Children with ongoing care both at our Children’s Villages and in the community.
  • Responded with immediate rescue and relief efforts post earthquake with funds raised for 24 houses in the rebuilding of those communities.
  • Provided consistent employment for over 130 Haitian staff members throughout 2021.

As 2021 comes to a close, we are thinking about the expenses required to operate, grow and develop our projects in Haiti in 2022. We are scrutinizing every dollar we spend but with supply chain difficulties and rampant inflation, we are still limited in the resources we can provide to the children in our care. I’m inviting you to be a part of what God is doing by standing with Haiti.

What does standing with Haiti look like?

Praying – Mark your calendar for the first day of every month to pray for Haiti and Hands and Feet Project.

GivingGive here. You are already giving and I’m forever grateful. Please keep it up.

Sharing – Share what God is doing in the ministry with your friends, your family and your community.

When you stand with Haiti by giving generously this year-end season to our With Haiti Fund, you’re giving the gift of preserving and restoring families as well as fighting against the Haiti orphan crisis. Would you stand with Haiti, our children, and families by giving generously this year-end season to our With Haiti Fund?

May God continue to bless you in the coming year,

Dean Cline
