Your trip to Ikondo will be an incredible opportunity to build life-long relationships and experience life-changing moments. You, along with our other guests, can participate in local service projects, excursions to our local beaches and mountain trails, and opportunities to pour into the local economy with trips to the market and souvenir shops! Days will end viewing Caribbean sunsets from Ikondo’s hillside retreat with time for rest, reflection, and robust conversations about poverty, joy, and how God is at work in Haiti.
REGISTRATION AGE RESTRICTIONS
-Individual participants must be 18 years or older to register.
-IKONDO does accommodate guests under the age of 18 who are traveling with their families or qualified Guardian/Group Leader.
-For children traveling in a small group or youth group, the age at the time of travel is 15
-For children traveling with their families, the minimum age at the time of travel is 5
Note: Parents or Group Leaders acting as Legal Guardians, may “add” guests under the age of 18 to their registration.
Your trip fee includes round trip airfare from South Florida, and all-inclusive meals, lodging, recreation, and exploration of all that IKONDO has to offer!
Our all-inclusive accommodations include comfortable, well-appointed GROUP ROOMS and PRIVATE SUITES. The registration link (red button to the right) is for all guests who are willing to be housed in our GROUP ROOMS, which are separated by gender. All Group Room accommodations include comfortable bunkbed sleeping, fresh linens, and group bathrooms with hot water. If you are registering a small group or a family and are willing to be divided into our male and female group rooms, feel free to register yourself and your guests and/or family members.
Our PRIVATE SUITES are reserved on a first come, first serve basis and may require a premium based on our seasonal demand. PRIVATE SUITES for your family or small group can be reserved by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you would like to reserve a private room, email us prior to registering.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT SCHEDULE
At the completion of your registration you will be submitting a non-refundable/non-transferable hold deposit of $150 per person.
Your payment deadlines are as follows:
Hold deposit ($150 per person traveling) – due upon registration
Trip deposit ($700 per person traveling) – July 28th, 2017
Final Payment ($700 per person traveling) – September 11th, 2017
POLICIES AND CODE OF CONDUCT
Please note that you will be required to accept our Financial Policies and our Code of Conduct that sets forth guidelines of behavior for our guests.
