Spring Break Mission Experience Haiti: March 17-24,2018



Overlooking tropical mountains and Caribbean waters, IKONDO is ready to host you, your family, your friends, or your church group, on an unforgettable, purpose filled, Spring Break Mission Adventure. Our expert hosts will guide you on amazing excursions and life-giving service projects. Our team will provide insight and encouragement through curated moments of teaching and worship all designed to draw guests closer to God and closer to each other. Complete with well-appointed accommodations, delicious Haitian and American cuisine, IKONDO will provide a comfortable, safe, and beautiful retreat for you and yours this coming spring break.

-Individual participants must be 18 years or older to register.
-IKONDO does accommodate guests under the age of 18 who are traveling with their families or qualified Guardian/Group Leader. 
-For children traveling in a small group or youth group, the age at the time of travel is 15
-For children traveling with their families, the minimum age at the time of travel is 5
Note: Parents or Group Leaders acting as Legal Guardians, may “add” guests under the age of 18 to their registration.

Trip Costs


Your tax-deductible trip fee covers all-inclusive meals, lodging, in-country transportation, recreation, and guided exploration of Haiti.

The Trip Cost listed does NOT include airfare to and from Haiti.

Our accommodations include comfortable, well-appointed GROUP ROOMS and PRIVATE SUITES. GROUP ROOMS are separated by gender. All GROUP ROOM accommodations include comfortable bunk bed sleeping, fresh linens, and group bathrooms. If you are registering a small group or a family and are willing to be divided into our male and female group rooms, feel free to register yourself, your guests, and/or family members below.

Our PRIVATE SUITES are reserved on a first come, first served basis and may require a premium based on our seasonal demand. You can inquire about the availability of our PRIVATE SUITES for your family or small group by checking the box in the registration form below. Our Trip Administrator will respond via email to facilitate your request if available.

Sample Day Itinerary:

 9:30AM   Service Project: Community House Build 

12:00AM  Lunch at IKONDO

  1:30PM  Excursion options: Waterfall Hike, Taino Beach, Pool time, Lawn Olympics

  4:00PM  Free time at IKONDO

  5:00PM  Dinner at IKONDO

  6:00PM  Breakout session (Parent lead conversation starters with children, and/or Group conversation starters for leaders)

  7:00PM  Worship Under the Stars

  7:30PM  Message: Loving Haiti well. A biblical and sustainable approach to helping others in need. 

  8:00PM  Games, Concert, open pool, and snack bar

  9:00PM  Free time

At the completion of your registration you will be submitting a non-refundable/non-transferable hold deposit of $150 per person.

Your payment deadlines are as follows: 
Hold deposit ($150 per person traveling) – due upon registration
Trip deposit (50% of the balance per person traveling) – November 17, 2017
Final Payment (Airfare and any remaining balance, if applicable) – January 16, 2018
